The Onion Creek Band and the Onion Creek Cloggers preserve and enjoy traditional American music and dance.
The Onion Creek Band has the sound of a good front-porch jam session of bygone years. The band plays old-time fiddle tunes on a mix of folk instruments, from fiddle and banjo to hammer dulcimer and mandolin. The Onion Creek Cloggers perform a style of clogging close to its Appalachian roots, making music with their feet.
The Onion Creek Band and Onion Creek Cloggers also host traditional barn dances, where audiences can experience a folk art form that was part of our pioneer past and continues to be popular today. People young and old can enjoy the lively sound of reels md jigs and can easily master the dances, with guidance from a caller.
